Fill out the form below and there's a good chance we'll get right back to you. We
know, we know, people hate filling out those little forms. Seriously, though, it's
your best bet.
Frequently, people ask us the same questions over and over. So check this list of
frequently asked questions before
you write us. If you're wondering
how many total units are available in today's sale, or when we'll put prices in the blog
entries, save yourself (and us) some time and read our standard replies instead
of writing.
The form below goes to service@woot.com, which you can feel free to use. There are a few good reasons to write directly to our other email addresses. Check out the reasons over there to see if you qualify. Choose wisely.
The stinking e-mail addresses
Please, please, PLEASE read carefully before you send an email. Make sure your issue
is appropriate to the address you click on. If you send a service question to the
purchasing department, don't be surprised if it languishes in email purgatory.
One last try, before you write us: did you post in the community forums? It might
be the fastest way to get an answer, if you can wade through the crazies. Ok, on
to our addresses:
- To request a final return of a defective product – not a product you don't like,
not a product you regret buying, not to ask us a question about some other topic,
NOTHING ELSE:
-
rma@woot.com
- To attempt to change an order-in-progress, or to resolve initial post-receipt issues
(other than straight return requests):
-
service@woot.com (This is where that form on the left also goes.)
- To recommend a product for woot to buy, or if you are a manufacturer seeking the
exposure of selling through woot.com:
-
purchasing@woot.com
- If you're a journalist, media person, interested sponsor, potential advertiser,
or someone really famous:
-
media@woot.com
- For information on our advertising rates and availability (in our side deal or elsewhere):
-
advertising@woot.com
- To report a bug / unintended website feature:
-
codeslaves@woot.com
- To email a resume from a Dallas-area Wooter (no relocations, various positions available,
more detail here):
-
work@woot.com
